So, was it the crackers and jelly I ate last night that encouraged me to put my pilates back together after moving it and adding the platform about 3 months ago? I was amazed at my success. My fear of failure and frustration kept the machine unassembled all summer - when I had the time to use it. Now, I’ll have to make the time to use it and erradicate the gelatinous substances...
